How to buy a seat warmer for your infant
Posted On June 18, 2021
Buying a toilet seat warmer can save you money, according to a new study by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
The study found that the cheapest toilet seat cooler will cost you about $25, and the cheapest seat warmer will cost about $55.
But the best way to save money is to purchase a seat cooler that can hold an infant in one of the following positions: sitting or lying flat, sitting or sitting up, or in an upright position, such as a baby carriage.
“We believe seat warmer prices are low because the average infant’s head is already fully immersed in the seat, and it’s not likely that seat warmer manufacturers are charging a significant premium for seats in these positions,” Dr. Julie Bailenson, the lead author of the study, said in a statement.
